what is the turnaround time?

Typically once we finalize the design we can have it in your hands in 3-4 weeks. rush ordered 2-3 weeks which is an additional fee.

IS SUBLIMATION DONE IN HOUSE?

No, our headquarters' is based in Pennsylvania.  All of our product is made overseas at our manufacturer.

What if i need to cancel an order?

After the order is sent for production unfortunately there is no way of stopping. Our manufacturer and staff are hard at work and once an order is approved they begin right away.

Whats the refund policy?

Because these are customized and sublimated unfortunately there are no refunds. Orders will be sent to you for approval and confirmation before being printed. This is a non-refundable custom order.

We encourage our clients to order a sample of their designed uniform to inspect the overall look and that it is to their expectation. Once an order has been confirmed and placed without a sample, AMA Athletix is not liable for any dissatisfaction that the customer might experience.

Can i customize any apparel or jersey?

Yes. We encourage you to AMA-Your- Way! Design your apparel to your liking and we will get it to your door!

What is the shipping cost? what if i need it rushed.

Standard shipping typically ranges from $2-$3 per item. $4-$5 per kit. 

Minimum rush order fee is $300 or 25%, which ever is higher. Turnaround for rush is 15 BUSINESS days from day order is put in (1 business day after your payment is made). There are NO guarantees. If order is not received within 15 business days, Rush fee is fully refunded.
